Oregon Unemployment tax rate adjustments January 1, notices are mailed out by Employment Department in November.

If you are an existing client we automatically file an extension. Note that filing an extension does not eliminate late payment penalties and interest. If you are a new client, you will need to have established the account before the intial filing deadline.
